Our Cambridge UCU Annual General Meeting is set for 1pm on Friday, 23rd June 2023 on Zoom. Further details and agenda will follow in due course. Please make a note of this date and join your UCU colleagues for this important meeting.
Any member of the Cambridge UCU branch is eligible – and encouraged – to stand for election to a role on the branch’s Executive Committee. There are a number of different roles on the committee that would suit a variety of skill sets. We have a number of really important projects to work on in the coming year, alongside the important work of supporting our members in dealings with the university.
We are now able to offer Facilities Time to Branch Officers. In short, this means that you will be able to “buy out” the time you spend on trade union activities.
Our branch is only ever as strong as its members, so if you are interested in standing for a position on the Executive, please email cucusec@cam.ac.uk in the first instance.
